We'll be at Big Cedar Lodge (The bass pro shops place). It is on the far southeast end of the lake. We have stayed at BCL about 10 times and it's a beautiful property, for sure. In my opinion, Table Rock is a decent fishing lake and that's about it. As stated before, get on the water as early as possible, fishing top waters, A-rigs, and lipless cranks. We always have the best luck fishing coves and rocky shorelines. We're not really there for the fishing as much as we're there because that's where my wife wanted to go. She talked me into it by saying "look, you can go fishing and there's a gun range too". If there is a gun range, I don't know anything about it. But, then again, I just learned about Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Big Cedar Lodge has 5 stand and sporting clays.

I just looked on the map and see where BCL has built a new gun range. They are also building(?) an amphitheater called Thunder Ridge. Since they are not in the main BCL property, I did not know they were there.

I have stayed at BCL multiple times. Go out of Big Cedar cove and go left towards Arkansas. I always find some log jams along the bluffs and fish those with Senkos or ned rigs. Just be careful if you leave a boat in a slip down there. We have had life jackets, boat oil and two crappie rods stolen.

+1 on Pete Wenners... he gives an extensive weekly report on his YouTube Channel that generally runs 7-10 minutes and has insight on various areas on the lake. I never wet a line up there without watching his latest report first.

Topwaters early in the morning - buzzbait and choppo/whopper plopper. Big worm hitting brush near points. 1/8 ounce jig head with a grey grub on it did lots of damage around boat docks and big points in 20'-40'. Also try a white road runner around docks. Got some massive crappie in the lake. Spent most of our time in Little Indian Creek.

Rented a boat once on TR took the kids tubing but I had a fishing rod and I really wanted to catch a smallmouth. Never caught one but did catch a LM on an original Rapala. That sums up my TR fishing. There is a cool rock cliff out in the lake kids jump off of near some camp.

Main lake points early with topwater then switch to dropshot plum color worm. We did fish some bridges and trees with no luck. Its a DEEP lake. We did ok with the guide, nothing big. Mainly spots.

Only fished it one time. Only thing I can add is we caught them in 30-40ft of water on Ned rigs. Lake is very clear normally this time of year. Good luck!
