swapping all my revo for lews, both are great reels but my revos are gettin old.
not sure if they still make them but the lews super duty wide spool is worth a look, I now have 4 of them and 4 others of different models.

I think they’re both made by the same parent company . Kinda like saying should you get a sierra or a Silverado.

I like and have a few of both. Bought the Revo Rocket (high speed) last year. Really like it. Will soon buy the Lew's S&P for skipping. I've heard good things about that one also.

If you can, buy one of each, both are great.

The only Revos that were good were the Gen 1. I have maybe 10 of them. My last 5 reels have been Lews especially the tournament pro model with 11 bearings and I love them. I also have the Lews SP for skipping and pitching and it is super.

I have 4 of the first gen and still use them, bearings replaced at about 50,000 miles but still work great. changed over to mostly lew's, super duty wide spool mostly and love them. I still use 3 revo winch a lot but the lew's have taken over for my go to reels.
