yellow bass thumped the JIGLYF; never caught one of these until i got my lake house on Murvaul; they pull perty good ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/03/full-93089-176189-y3.15.23_yellow_bass.jpg) i was bass hunting under my dock with a drop shot using a 4" chartreuse lizard and this monster grabbed it; 15.25" 2.15 lbs; about had a heart attack; marked her and chunked her back in to ketch again next year ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/03/full-93089-176190-y3.15.23_2.15_lbs.jpg) Slab of a crappie ! Good catch  Now what excites me the most is that yellow bass. To my knowledge it is the first yellow bass caught with JIGLYF jigs  That makes 37 different kinds of fish that have been caught with a JIGLYF jig  Side note I would like to add you pic to our species caught page on the website
