I have livescope with the 106sv up front. Gonna add another unit to the boat. Currently, the 106sv is up front so would you move the 106sv to the console and add the 126sv up front? Or do you think just adding another 106sv is good enough. Does the extra couple inches really help that much or is another 106sv good enough?

I’ve had a 12” and a 16”. I was staring at the 106 in BPS and I think it would be big enough, if you aren’t aiming out long distances (80’+). Might depend on your vision too though.

My vision is fine. Long distances is def a possibility. I can afford it but is it worth is the main question. I dont want to spend if it if its really not a huge upper hand...

$600 is a chunk. If you have the 10” now and find yourself even thinking about the 12”, in my opinion, you have the answer.

For the record, I don’t find my 16” any better than I did my 12”. But I’m sure if I was older, I might.

Only 40 so its more of a does the 12" bring in more details vs can I see the screen. Can you see more fish-brush with the 12" vs 10" to make the difference? That's the main struggle.

If you’re close enough to BPS, I’d suggest you go look at each. When I was looking at them tonight, the 10” looks plenty big. As long as you aren’t split screening it. You might ask in the crappie section, might get more responses in there. thumb
