Whats up with this Bingham character? I've seen him popping up in a few other places. What have I missed?

Anyone watch the BTL last night with Miliken? This came up but they weren't willing to throw the guy under the bus but down another rabbit hole he talked about 10 opens anlgers trying to get him DQ'd from Eufaula for allegedly buying waypoints the night before the tournament. There is some serious drama going on in the Opens right now.

A lot of people want Milliken to fail. He's a early 30's millionaire from the fishing industry. A lot of the anglers have tens of thousands of debt and have to work a real job on their journey.

Apparently the whole tournament scene is a joke, Pangrac talking about guys giving him brushpile spots. Can’t any of these bozos just do their own thing, without getting help.

Not many. At that level and given what is on the line, everyone is going to live in the gray area and get as close to crossing the line as possible. If you don't, you're going to get left in the dust.

Would love to see them come in with multiple lie detectors after day 2 of one of the events and give every single angler a test. Unfortunately the general behavior of most of this country is rapidly spilling over into bass fishing. Yes, there have always been a few that have cheated but it seems that "crossing that line into the gray area" is becoming far to easy for way too many.

If he really was disqualified for not reporting a verbal confrontation between two other boats, that's bs. The only reasonable reason for a dq would be hole-sitting, which it is reasonable to believe he was doing.

There is a world where it is possible a buddy goes off the rails and does something like that without your influence. You can't control another person's actions.
