I appreciate any help in advance!! I have 2 8ft Power Pole Blades, bought new in 2020. Only one is working and the other will not go up or down.
I have installed a new wiring harness that Power Pole sent me on the non-working pole and have ruled out the circuit board being the issue. Both circuit boards work in the working power pole. It will come-on, chirp and has continuous green flashing light, just like the working pole. When I press the down button on the pump itself, the pump runs, but nothing happens. It sounds a little louder and higher pitch, but that is probably because the fluid is not moving.
I have checked the hydraulic line around the pump and do not see any kinks. Any ideas on what it could be or what I should check next?

Have you disconnected and flushed the hydraulics? Maybe you have a blockage somewhere...

I would disconnect and flush the system, replace the fluid entirely and bleed it.
