I’ve got the opportunity to buy a 1999 Ranger Cherokee 207 with Evinrude 115 and wondering if you guys could weigh in on a high/low market value of the boat?

I know this is an open ended question with lots of variables, so details as follows…..

Located in the Lake Texoma area
17’ Welded aluminum hull
115 evinrude has had annual maintenance of winterizing, with new spark plugs & lower unit oil each year
Live wells, bilge and other systems working
Minkota trolling motor with batteries
Comes with 2 fish finders/sonar - not sure of model
New trailer tires
Boat, motor & trailer all have titles .

1 owner boat that has been garage kept since new and used 2-3 times a year at most. I’ve known the owner for 10+ years and offered to buy this boat several times but was always told “Not for sale but you can borrow it for free”

Now I got the call that he’s ready to sell and curious to value before talking sale price.

Any insight is appreciated as this is my first fishing boat.
