I had an idea one night sitting out in the shop drinking a few cold ones. It turned out to be a lot easier than I had expected. I took the 2 side doors off and moved the front couches straight back. Now I have a good size deck up front with 2 Millennium seats and the boat still has the same amount of space for people to sit. Mounted some rod holders up front and extended them so they are easier to use. My spotlock trolling motor can lay flat with the front gate closed. Now just to get another Lowrance or Livescope for the front. Hope to test it out this weekend if mother nature cooperates.

Looks like a fishing machine!

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the kind words. My drinking and tinkering is usually when I come up with my best ideas. Lol.

Nice. Why keep the front gate at all unless you have small kids. Definitely wear life jackets.

Well done what size boat is that?. What size trolling motor do you use and does it hold you well? I am thinking about adding a trolling motor to my 20' pontoon.
