I want to know why the english bull terrier is listed with the staffordshire bull terrier. The engilsh bull terrier " Spuds Mckenzie" is on some of the same ban lists as staffordshire even though english bull terriers haven't attacked anyone. And they look nothing alike.

The dog owner is the one that should be euthanized. If you can't 100% control your dogs, you should not own any.

Municipalities need to ban certain breeds within the city limits or impose an annual fee that's exorbitant, perhaps $500. No permit? Confiscate the dog and euthanize.
