Alright gents. Looking for some advice here. Your boy Moto needs a little something to take the edge off.....legally. OTC, Holistic....legal. I've been a little more snappy and high strung than usual lately, and a brotha needs a little help. I've cut back on drinking from 4-5 per day, to 4-5 per week....maybe. The only meds that I take is a daily supplement. I work out fairly regularly hoping that helps, and so far it hasn't. What's out there? I've done exactly zero research on this because I prefer y'alls smart a$$ comments mixed in with some good info, as opposed to Google. Gotta be some legal Xanax or something.
Talk to me.

Gummies. I know you said legal, but it’s the best thing I can think of.

Sertraline has worked for me, took about a month, no side effects.

Serious question...have you started drinking/eating anything that is 'diet' or 'zero sugar'? If so, look to see if it has acesulfame potassium (also known as AceK) as a listed ingredient. That crud messed me up something awful last year. I started drinking Coke Zero and Dr Pepper Zero. Ended up with really bad anxiety and short tempered...was able to back track to when my mood started to turn and figured it out. I'd be fine in the morning because the stuff leaves your system in about 24 hours...but by the time I'd had my first Coke Zero, the anger would set in.
Aspertame which is in Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper can do it, too, but I've been drinking those 22 years without issues...the new artificial sweetener and I do NOT get along.

I drink a gallon of water a day. And a sh.t ton of black coffee until about noon.

If you can smoke weed, that's what I'd do.

Here is an interesting link --- I have been doing this along with my wife for the past 6 weeks ---- it's amazing how relaxed I feel doing it . It's called " earthing " and/or " grounding " --- it's simple and it works . It also helps detox the body , lowers inflammation and improves the immune system . Here is a link the the original movie . If it's of interest --- let me know and I can tell you which versions I use and my wife uses . My wife's sister started doing this two weeks and claims she is sleeping way better . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44ddtR0XDVU

Get the heart checked. Tramadol, ease into it. Slowing down and sniffing the morning air and then back to bed and meet noon head on.

Fix whatever's stressing ya. Go to a CBD store and they'll get something for you. I take it for sleep and it's works great for me. Knocks me out, good sleep and no drowsy feeling in the morning.

Cut 5he caffeine out and see if that helps. Go decaf for a week and see
