Turrible president. 2nd worst president of my lifetime and I've lived under 14. I too remember the 17% inflation as I was doing a lot of work on new construction buildings and that just shut down. Classic Dem economy.

Appears to have lived a good life and to be a good man. Was a big participant in Habitat for Humanity. His brother Billy was a hoot too.

Well said.

A great person... My Dad was a dyed in the wool UAW man for 40 years and Ronald Reagan was the first (R) he ever voted for. I can remember turning 18yrs old as a freshman in college and Dad was adamant that I vote for RR... Which I did twice... Dan

He will always be known as the most frugal president and making a life that reflects that.

He lives in the same house he lived in since the 60's. It is currently valued at 223k.

Didn't live under him as POTUS, but know enough history to know he was a horrible one, but he is a great man and has done nothing but give of himself since leaving office. Wish him the best.

He will be known as the 2nd worst president ever. I’ll give you 1 guess who’s first….

No and no. Carter was never listed as the worst president, nor will Biden have that distinction.
Everyone has an opinion but the worst have been the presidents just prior to the Civil War and one after Lincoln.

What say we look back at lists in 10 years from now. I have my guess and believe I know one that will be in the bottom 5.

For modern day POTUS before Obama and Biden Carter indeed was considered to be the worst. I also agree he is a good many but a terrible POTUS.
