Had a local lake fork marine dealer mount new lowrance graphs, transducers and point one antenna. Point one calibration indicated it was successful, but the direction arrow points in the wrong direction. I get the trail location but the arrrow points 90 degrees off. Dealer says point one is working properly to him at the dealership. Lowrance says it's probably some kind of interference,. Anyone have this issue or have any advise.

If you have a cheap handheld compass, move it around the point 1 area and see if the needle moves. Try it with all the power on and off, could be an electrical wire close by that needs moved. Could also be too close to metal or he didn’t use the proper screws that came with the point1.

If the dealer didn't calibrate it how does he know it was working properly......

Download EMF detector on your phone, you will find out fast if there is interference.

Is the arrow on the point 1, pointed directly forward inline with the bow?

This is what I was thinking, sometimes its the obvious things you might not notice.
