Yep. Someone I knew from St. Bernard parish. . Got some coke laced with it. Friend of mine that’s in good with parish sherrifs dept said they’d had 8 fentanyl OD deaths in 4-5 months. Dealers were even lacing weed with it. This was early 2020.

I lost a customer many years ago , before fentanyl was the thing it is now. He chewed up his pain patches. There was a debate as to accidental OD or suicide.

Had a fentanyl patch put on me when I was moved to recovery after my spinal fusion. Was so high Willy would have been proud.

What kind of high does it give you?

Lost a distant relative to this stuff mid 2022. I didn't know the kid but he was only 16. His buddy he was taking the drugs with barely made it after a while in the hospital.

It seems to me that the people that are making the coke, heroin, marijuana, and other stuff are lacing the illegal drugs with their homemade fentanyl to make it more potent and that is what is killing people. I'm sure there are plenty of cases of people abusing the prescription stuff too. If I were a drug user, I'd dang sure be scared of anything I was buying for fear that I'd be getting something laced with a hot dose of mexican fentanyl.

There was a story about the 4 comedians that were partying and all took a little bump of some coke at a party. they all OD'd. 3 died and one lived.

I've been on opioids for so long I no longer get any type of high off of my meds. But when I first started them it was like a short acting weed

A good friend of mine was in the hospital getting a heart procedure done . He was suppose to get out that afternoon and keep calling his 62 year old wife . The police answered one of his calls and came to the hospital to tell him she had od’ed on fentanyl.
He had no idea if she had been messing with before that night . He wants to think it was a one time deal that cost her , her life .

They caught the dealers . Hope they full punishment

Lost my son in 2016 to fentanyl. Was given a Xanax that was laced with fentanyl.
