Good day on LOP… steady bite all day. Stayed shallow after getting the skunk off early on swim bait..Caught most on 5 inch swim bait on underspin… Couldn’t believe how shallow they were in the grass.. Landed 14 and lost a few.. nothing much over three pounds.. Covered a lot of water exploring new water.

Great post! I love that lake! Red lipless crankbaits are always HOT this time of year.

Thanks for the update on this beautiful lake. Lights a fire under me to get my kayak out there.

Fringe Tackle made that one (last batch of 5 inch) but I think Ignite Baits now makes them listed under collaboration with fringe tackle.. Fringe still makes the 6 inch. I don't know what color any that I have are.. always just asked for whatever was on hand with preference of clearer colors that I could dip. Love fishing them on 5/0 owner flashy swimmer or 8/0 for 6 inch baits... they come through the thickest pads, grass, year round... and my favorite way to fish. 1/0 for smaller swimbaits.or plastics.

They make a lot of different colors.. I like them all.

Awesome!! Gonna get me a few of those babies. I bet they will kill it around the pad stems here in a few weeks.

I've still have a three year supply of 6 inch... roflmao cheers Was afraid he was going to quit pouring for good and got scared.. Funny story.. those 6 inch have so much more mass than the 5 inch, that I thought I was throwing 7 inch baits all year... bang All I know is they work and I don't really care what color they are... just like to throw new colors.
