Stayed shallow after getting the skunk off early on swim bait..Caught most on 5 inch swim bait on underspin… Couldn’t believe how shallow they were in the grass.. Landed 14 and lost a few.. nothing much over three pounds.. Covered a lot of water exploring new water. A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated. Was afraid he was going to quit pouring for good and got scared.. Funny story.. those 6 inch have so much more mass than the 5 inch, that I thought I was throwing 7 inch baits all year...
