If frequently drop large turds that won't flush you can get a toilet seat with a bucket under it. Then you can just dump it in your neighbors yard. I have one in the shed at the deer lease. It sure beats squatting in the woods or sitting on a bucket.

Lived in Europe for over five years and every one I saw or used only had water in the "hole." Had to adjust your aim if you wanted to hit water. Never saw a bowl full of water.

Let me expand on the dilemma a little more. There is so little water in the bowl that most everything hits the areas of the bowl and only a little actually falls in the water. I could attach a picture if you really want me to.  Unless modified, fixed, or replaced this is a #1 toilet only.
