If their quality is anything close to their customer service reputation it's a stellar motor.

None of their products are stellar. Trust me. I have all of their stuff. Every one of them has had an issue….thankfully they have stellar CS. Haha.

It looks small.

I agree about their customer service. Had an issue at Skeeter one year and they replaced both pumps there on site.

So a few things about this TM. Brushless motors are very expensive to repair/replace compared to a brushed motor. Secondly if true it supposed to have a titanium shaft. Sure it’s lighter and strong as can be but the problem with titanium is it brittle and will crack easily if stressed. Even if it has a lifetime warranty your still down until it’s replaced.

If it’s 20lbs lighter than my ghost, I would consider it, just can’t really think of a reason why it could be $4k+.

I would imagine if you needed parts that Power Pole would get them to you ASAP as well as still service it when warranty is up. Plus their techs know their products inside out abd will walk you through troubleshooting.

By far one of the companies with the best CS I have ever had.

How’s the prop look? Small like the ghost or big like MK?

They have had plenty of time to make this thing bullet-proof!

It’s not a time deal. It’s no parts to be had so they couldn’t release them. Very few have a finished model

Still makes no sense that a relatively simple to manufacture product has taken this long to build- unless it has some revolutionary differences.

Maybe they had to get around some patents, maybe get permission from the other motor manufacturers to use like kind parts and technology, who knows.

I hear people preaching all the time about how good the customer service is when they have taken care of issues. I would much rather deal with a company that nobody knows what their CS is like because their stuff doesn't break.

The sheer nature of Power Poles such as how the work and where they are mounted lends itself to issues. Same issues you see with Raptors.

Also they do things like complementary pump rebuilds and upgrades.
