So new in the box Ultrex delivered last week. Just opened the box and found a small wireless hand control, one without the LED screen, and definitely not the one pictured on the Minn Kota website. Called Minn Kota and told them they goofed, but the rep said no, they are out of the correct hand control and sent this one as a substitute. She sent me a link to register my motor and put me in line for the correct control once they are available (tracking and ticket # issued with proof of purchase). Was told the substitute control can pretty much do everything but the spot lock jog, meaning the little white puck is useless until I get the new control to calibrate. Have not installed it yet...anyone out there had any issues with the substitute hand control? Thanks in advance.

I have had an Ultrex iPilot Link troller since day one. I have charged the remote three or four times in almost 6 years. It’s not a big deal. I know that you want it ‘cause you paid for it, but you, like most of us, won’t ever use it. I know I’ve actually used mine less than a dozen times.
