I am considering changing my way of organizing soft plastics in my boat and wondered how you guys do it? I've always kept my soft plastics organized in 1-gallon Ziplock bags. I keep the baits in their original packages and label the 1-gallon bags to match; Example: lizards, Tx rig worms, frogs, flukes, craw worms, finesse, etc. Is there a better way to organize all the soft plastics inside the boat?

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I do the same except I use bait bags and I don’t have every bait I own in the boat. Have what I need and restock the bag as I need to.

Sounds like I need to take a bunch out of boat and restock as needed like you do. What are bait bags?

That’s how I do mine. Every couple of months I splurge on new zip lock bags. Lol

Yep Ziplock for me for a very long time. Keep in my port side rod locker on my Champ.

I appreciate the replies, sounds like I need to keep using the organizing system I've used for years. I probably just need to reduce the amount of soft plastics I store in my boat. Thanks again for the help!

How do you know when you have too many plastic baits onboard?
When your boat starts floating low like this:

And yes, I use zip lock bags too.

Labeled Zip locks in pouches. Keep them in original bags and maybe a little “juice@

The 6th Sense Bait Bags are legit. The large ones hold all the bags of plastics you need and have an actual zipper instead of a zip lok.

Labeled, color coded... and I use the same 3 baits all year.
