To use 2 helix 10s can you use 1 transducer and each have separate screen usage?

Yes the units can share sonar data via Ethernet. You just need one unit with the capabilities and transducer for both to share.

BTW, there are 14 different Helix 10's so being more specific will get you a more exact answer.

Will I need an ethernet box or just cable to link the 2. I think these are gen3s not sure just bought boat yesterday. Gotta find out what they are today. But very good point.

If just the two units, you need a AS EC QDE Ethernet Adapter for each one and then an Ethernet cable between them.
AS EC 5E is the 5' cable and the shortest--there are several lengths available.
