Now booking trips to Valley Lake in Savoy,TX. Valley Lake is an 1100 acre private fishery. This lake is an absolutely incredible bass fishery and very unique. Valley Lake will only be open a few days a week and dates will fill up fast. There is a really good chance for you to catch the most fish you’ve ever caught in a single day, maybe even the biggest bass you’ve ever caught Daily rates for Valley are $1600 a day for up to 2 people; this comes with a full day guided trip. All tackle and equipment will be provided unless you want to bring your own. If interested, please give me a call at (214) 763-9565 or email me at justin@valleylakeranch.com

I used to have access to fish that lake when the plant was still operating. The amount of 3-5 pounders we caught from the bank was insane.

We want to try and keep outside boats to a minimum. We will not allow any outside boats on the lake going forward, unless it’s a special circumstance.

Justin,
Congratulations on getting it going. I had lunch with someone, who is going on the 18th. I have fished Valley Lake hundreds (yes hundreds of times) since 1980 and the fishing has always been fantastic.
Again, congratulations. Private Lake fishing is the best.

Just playing devils advocate here, but at this price point why would you not go to CB and shoot for a giant? Or at least the shot at one. Watched the video on Valley and only showed 8 pounders. Maybe the YouTube video was a few years back?

Maybe the YouTube video was a few years back? If its the video i saw, it is from like 4 years ago. $1600 is steep, hopefully some more recent stuff will be put out after trips there

Maybe the YouTube video was a few years back? Some people just want to catch fish all day and have fun. I don’t believe we have the teener quality fish yet, but we are working on it. I’ve caught more 7 to 9 lb fish in the last year of fishing than I have in my 35 years of bass fishing. Yes, we have had DDs caught in the last year. Trying to come up with a management plan for an 1100 acre body of water is challenging. I don’t know of any other place you can go and catch the size and quantity of bass like you can at Valley.

If you can’t afford $1,600 just say so. Don’t beat them down for the price that they are apparently able to get. 🤷🏼♂️
