I haven’t had TexMex in years; but 25 years ago for price/quality, the OG Ojedas on Maple carne asado and guiso de res were great. You haven't had TexMex in years?

La Familia in Fort Worth is the only place I have found that has non-sour cream green sauce. Taste like West Texas Mexican food.

I haven’t had TexMex in years; but 25 years ago for price/quality, the OG Ojedas on Maple carne asado and guiso de res were great. You haven't had TexMex in years? jk I had some excellent tamales de rajas for Christmas

Texas is solely responsible for at least 6 new authentic taquerias in Philadelphia, D.C, NY, and some other places I can’t remember right now.
