depends on the job... the round ones are a little more robust and hold up to heavy hor'de'vour work... but they'll both proof a cake...

If you're at the North Pole or pretty much anywhere in the Arctic circle, you're basically standing on top of the earth and your view is correct.
When you're standing in antarctica, you're basically standing on the bottom of the earth. Why doesn't it seem like you're standing upside down?

As kids back in the day in the 60s, we go to the drug store and buy cinnamon oil and make our own cinnamon tooth picks. Keep them them in our mouths till we had a sore spot. Maybe pick up a little sulfur power and some potassium nitrate while we were there and make up a little gun powder.
