I fished several hours with my fly rod on Tuesday and only caught one fish; but is was a good one. The smallmouth buffalo measured 65 cm at the fork.

It has been so warm the carp are still occasionally picking up a fly on the surface. Normally January and February are tough months for catching carp on a fly, but there is still some surface activity going on.
