The tornado hit too close for comfort yesterday. It put a good chunk of Grapevine without power. Oncor worked around the clock and everyone has power back on 24 hours later. Thank you to the linemen out there!

Not just the Oncor guys.
I'll bet some crews from other companies were out there as well. Most power companies have mutual aid pacts with other companies for times of emergencies.

CoServ in Denton County works their butts off and is apparently a pretty good company to work for and does alot for the community too.

I’d happily pay that fee to keep the wife happy!

Hell hath no fury like a woman without lights or a damn hair dryer!

If I had a monopoly on a must have commodity I would do nice things for the community also.

Man. I know that’s right!!!

I thought I was gonna have to [censored] an air conditioner one Saturday night. roflmao
Went to Walmart and bought two window units to cool the living room till Monday morning. I’d hate to have to go without AC voltage as well!!! She’d go crazy as soon as her iPad died.
