I ordered a Ridge knockoff on Amazon. So far it seems to work just fine. I'll see how it holds up. Gonna just use the digital version of my fishing license on my phone. Otherwise the other things I need to carry fit in the new wallet just fine.

I carry a money clip.
Cash, one credit card, drivers license and Sam’s card.

I carry a traditional wallet but go through it often and thin the herd. Couple of credit cards, insurance cards, Sam’s card, DL, and some cash. Keeps it thin and I don’t have to adapt after all these years.

I've had the same wallet for 20+ years. Had my Hartman for 15 years now - has a rich patina. Bought its replacement Hartman 10 years ago - still in the box waiting its turn.

Do you guys keep those “minimalist” wallets or money clips in your front pockets? I’m worried it would fall out when I’m sitting down, especially in the summer while wearing shorts.

I've used a Dooney and Bourke card holder as my wallet for decades. James Avery money clip, and a Benchmade. One of many knives in my rotation. The card holder dates back to 1994. Bought from Dillards when I was attending UMHB. It doesn't matter if I wear shorts. The card holder is kept in my back pocket. Gym shorts, front pocket.
