The Rumor for last 20 years is Disney is going to buy the 5500 acres Brinkman Ranch and put a Disney Land on it as well. I hope that never happens Agree. The last thing we need in Texas is more woke mutant shart. Maybe they'll put it in Liquor City.

No longer a rumor. Disney has broke ground on the large ranch just outside Jarrell. Plan is for a very large water park!

There were rumors in the early/mid 80s of Disney buying property in Cedar Park (Twin Lakes) which is now YMCA. Used to be decent fishing then, along with the bigger lake across 183. Got plinked at while fishing that lake in the 70s.

I believe this to be just another “Disney is going to build here” rumor, but to be honest, I wouldn’t want Disney to build anything close to me. I don’t like the company and what they promote. Build it somewhere else.

Back in the '70's it was Hutchins, TX just south of Dallas. They bought land there back then

I’m shocked that this is a sales pitch by a real estate broker. The big rumor in the mid 80s that caused a land rush was the supposed location of the new austin airport out between pflugerville and Manor.

I think it should be built in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. That would be clientele appropriate.
