This little pond gets stocked every other week. I think about 500 trout per stocking. Between the last two years, I have been about a dozen times, some days when they are released.
I have fished Power bait, Power eggs, mice tails, and never had a single bite. Also, have never seen anyone actually catch a trout. Toughest fishing I have encountered.
Has anyone ever fished there before, and had any luck?

the only time i have ever caught them was on canned corn
barely off the bottom

I have caught them there with earthworms on the bottom. The big secret is to move around until you find the fish. They seem to stay in a few big holes. If you catch one fish that exact spot again. I have fished some locations were you will see them like a big dark spot in the water.

barely off the bottom That's how you do it. Throw out a hand full of corn every 15 min or so, and you will eventually start catching them. Easy limits!
