did a bacon wrapped backstrap on the pellet grill today. cooked at 200 till internal temp was 145, then basted with a bourbon honey brown sugar glaze. cooked 10 more minutes and let rest 30 minutes. it was pretty good and very tender. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2022/11/full-75845-162238-bacon_wrapped_backstrap.jpeg)
