Folks, FFCB has been updated with post-Harvey detailed & accurate fishing information along the CC & Nueces bay, Laguna Madre, Port Aransas & beachfront areas of the Coastal Bend.

5 years of research for new information of the south jetty, various piers, shore changes, etc due to 2017 Harvey are in place. Final touch ups and proofing will take a few weeks but amended FFCB will be ready in December 2022.

Lots of info out there about these areas via Youtube & other WWW sites & that helps shorten your learning curve. FFCB helps folks figure out what & where to fish based on the general conditions fishermen have when on Mustang or Padre Island & the CC & Redfish bay areas.

New major points:
*All Port Aransas piers are being rebuilt, one is ready, second one expect by January 2023, and the last probably end of summer 2023.
*South jetty is apparently finished. Some of the re-build is nice other parts of reconstruction royally suck for fishing.
*Bob Hall & Oso piers were both damaged & torn down. Bob Hall is to be rebuilt, no idea on Oso pier.
*Cole park & Indian point pier have been rebuilt, both are very nice and have some extra comfort added on.
*Some shore wading areas have changed on the bottom structures & guts, grass beds, etc.

All areas from 1st edition have been explored, fished or checked out since 2017.

Look for an update here once the final proofing is done. For little more than the price of a quart of shrimp or couple dozen.croaker, you can help shorten the curve on learning where to fish the Coastal Bend area without a boat and hopefully catch more of your preferred fish & spend less time not catching.
