The hollywood movie about the Von Erichs! No release date yet but surely I'm not the only person here excited to see this movie.
The only wrestling organization that I was ever a fan of as a kid was WCW with the Von Erichs, the Freebirds, The Great Kabuki, Kamala the Ugandan Giant, General Skandar Akhbar, announcer Mark Lowrance, and referee David Manning. I never got into the other shows but I loved The Von Erichs.

They became the family of tragedies later on. I also watched them as a kid in the metroplex.

Hell they were the family of tragedies before I was even born. They just got worse from there. I don’t think them boys listened very well when whoever was teaching them decided to do the suicide lesson.

I got to meet Fritz and shake his hand when I was in high school. It was at the old Allen High School stadium back in the early 80s. We were playing Lake Dallas and he was there to watch his son play.

Fritz was my favorite. When he applied the iron claw it was all over except for the blood coming out the corners of their eyes. Terrible tragic way for the family to end it up.

Ephesians 4:4-6 KJV
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
