I asked at the poll how I know that after I put the computer generated ballot into the ballot scanner how I could know my ballot was entered and my votes for each race were actually counted? The lady working said I could check on “harrisvotes.com”. However, you can’t check you vote. You can track a mail-in ballot stays but not your in person vote.

So nobody in Harris County knows that their vote has been counted.

If they wanted to raise voting integrity the machine would print a receipt with a serial code number which you could use to look your vote up in a mirror of the vote database. Check the code and your vote isn’t there or has been changed then you go to the election commission. The serial number using alpha and numeric could have trillions of combinations.

Didn't the state push through a bunch of laws last year targeting the nonsense that went down in Harris County on election night in 202?

We did a paper ballot. I don’t understand why you can no longer vote a straight ticket, but that’s for another thread.

Maybe not what you were asking but there is this:

If you go here : https://earlyvoting.texas-election.com/Elections/getElectionEVDates.do

And click the latest voting date, i.e. Nov. 4th Early voting, you will get this:

Then, Find your county and click on the "VOTER DETAILS REPORT" for that day where it says "CLICK HERE" If you want to find your name you will have to know which day your voted and choose that day.

It will be a database file that an open in Excel as a spreadsheet file *.csv

[Linked Image]

Once you open it , you can see Names of Voters who voted and whether In Person or by Mail in.

Again if you know the day you voted you can find your name to show that you DID VOTE. Supposedly they should have a record of yours. Hopefully anyway. Your ballot did have a unique bar coded number.

This is Public Information. I as able to pull this up no problem. What it does not tell is who you voted for.

Because we voted on that this last election, or the election prior. I like it. Makes people actually go through and mark their ballots.

Hope those standing in line are patient. My ballot was seven pages.
harrisvotes.com shows my ballot received 11/02, approved 11/04

I didn’t like it. I have tremors and came dangerously close to winging the pen tip into the Beto box on several swipes.

Hmmm. Maybe suggest to your local election judges that they get weighted pens or see if you could bring your own. I have a client that was stricken with polio as a child and suffers the effects to this day. I work their muscles lose and they can write well, but during the pandemic when I couldn't see them 2 to 3 times a week, the tremors worsened and they had to use a weighted pen.

As I have stated before --I live in Calif ( vote repub ) ---- in 2020 , we voted in person at a local library . Probably 8-9 in line to register , with another 5-6 still voting . On the registration paperwork that the people checked off --- you could easily see how my wife and I were registered ---republicans . 5 ladies doing the registration . The two ladies registering us , both get up , leave the area , and through a door to a back room . When they come out , two guys are following them each carrying a bucket full of sharpies . My wife and I go to the voting booth's and these two guy follow us --- and ONLY us , and insist on us using sharpies and not the pens we came with . we said no , they keep insisting . I advise them on the Calif ballot it clearly stated NO FELT PENS . They still insisted . Eventually we said OK . They only went to us ---- none of the other people that registered at the same time ----just us .
I am 100% certain our votes were not counted at all . Unless we get a receipt on exactly how the machine tallied our vote --- we will never know . Just having a website were it says they received your ballot , you still have no idea how they counted your ballot on each vote . Totally broken system and they know how to manipulate the count .

I am afraid that being close likely counted as a vote for Beto.

I can't recall all of the last elections ballots. I do recall being able to select the straight party, and there was a way to pick out individuals that you wanted to switch parties.
This time, I sort of liked the individual selections - if you want straight ticket, it's easy enough just to click that candidate or party as you move down through the offices.

I did like the part this time where offices not contested, we didn't have to click anything and it did not count a vote. The last times i think the uncontested had a way you could vote for the only one running or not but that's who's going to have that position regardless-same as always. They just streamlined the process to the exact same result. Who's going to run against a 29 year repeat incumbant widow woman anyway who just needs one more to retire. And be training her assistant which will likely be the next county treasurer for a good while.

But still, like last time, when I first went up to the table where they had a paper/cardstock ballot they gave out after verifying ID and current address. I used my Texas LTC since they will accept it as id! yeah. That ballot had some number on it, and and when done voting at the individual voting machine, I put it into the machine up front that counted the votes and I assume regestered my ballot number. The lady showed me something that says registered or accepted lit up on the machine. Sort of reminded of a pinball machine lighting up for some reason., ...anyway, something to say it was logged in. I think. That part all seems pretty much like last time. Including some of the same and probably some new ways to scam the system.

Then I got my little I Voted sticker. Should have got one of the cool new temporary tatoos. banana

Then why did you agree? They would have had to throw me out. They were intimidating you at a polling place. They made you use unapproved instruments to mark your vote.

Locally it has been reported by 4 out of six people that voted early, that their vote was changed by the machine and they had to go back and do it again. And yet they all act as though that was normal. I have never seen an electronic choice changed by an electronic device on it's own.
This was on the nextdoor app and then the thread disappeared and I got kicked off for 4 days for letting them know that, that IS election fraud. Yes the cheat is happening in massive ways already.

Just curious, but do you find that news and information on nextdoor is more accurate than the facebook neighborhood groups?
We don't have nextdoor out here in the county, but I've always wondered about that.
