 Livescope update question

I purchased a livescope set up off of a friend of mine. It has updates that need to be done to it. It looks like it is tied in with his email when I flip through the settings to update it. Is there a way for me to update without his password etc that is tied to it?

you would need to contact the person you bought from and have him delete it from their account or call garmin.
