My group showed up bright and early decked out in rain gear! We started out from 2 mile with it basically still dark just to have a chance to beat the rain. I checked the points closest to the ramp and those fish simply weren’t feeding early. We made it down to sun point with little success. Wind was out of the east, so we were protected but no fish. We made the rough run to wolf and it was on! Birds going crazy and fish on top! The best I’ve seen in awhile! Steady retrieve through the splashing and it was hybrid after hybrid! We did this for a solid hour and half! Storms got close and we headed back up the lake to call it day by 10am! Timing was perfect and the fishing was turned out great!

Had a great time! That was more hybrids than I have caught before. Weather was rough but man we made the best of it!
