Why would I make this up? Two from Jim Lee in 2004 and 05. Then the lake record is from my high school buddy Doug Garland 2005. The community then hired some biologists, he fertilized the lake to bring up plankton and knocked the hydrilla way back. Hydrilla has come back and fishing is good. I just don’t get up enough from Houston anymore to keep it. Currently building on Rayburn. It’s a private lake and to fish it have to live in the neighborhood.

394 was caught in Amistad.... 375 and 385 don't specify the body of water.

Its a framed home. Has one large room living/kitchen/dinning, then a oversized bedroom. Was built before the Barndominium concept become popular but similar design. Was our weekend fish camp to fish Fork and the private lake. Exterior pics added, didn't realize i had left that out of the listing.
