What is the DOW telling us? It’s always interested me how the market goes according to the financial futures and economic environment. I just don’t get what we are currently seeing, 200-600 pt swings in each direction makes no sense. I guess it accurately describes the real world today.

give a look at the votes per county won from the last presidential election. The amount of votes won by county to county that went with Trump against those that Biden won by thief.
If counties were the votes for president then Trump took like 97% of this country.
Just those big city slums voted for Biden. There they could shove thousand of votes into the ballot boxes because those people do not own cars they don't need them to sit at home and collect free money. Those counties were pretty much ALL WRITE IN/ Mail in votes, that right there tells you how you can steal an election.

Maybe it's telling you it found a bottom around that 29,200 support level. Or...maybe it's telling you it's getting ready to rip the rug out so hold tight to your junk.

The DOW isn't the Stock Market, it's only 30 of the companies even listed on the NYSE out of over 2,400+.
The DOW only tells you how the big 30 that someone put in the pot are doing. And they have and can be swapped out to make the numbers look better or worse, but usually they are swapped when a company fails to meet criteria or others become more prominent.

The DOW isn't the Stock Market, it's only 30 of the companies even listed on the NYSE out of over 2,400+.
The DOW only tells you how the big 30 that someone put in the pot are doing. And they have and can be swapped out to make the numbers look better or worse, but usually they are swapped when a company fails to meet criteria or others become more prominent.
