I know they suspect these guys have cheated for years, is there any way of proving past fraud with no proof? Seems to me, the current fraud may be the only provable case they have for criminal charges. Now, if the guys are convicted in this case, the civil suits for past frauds may come out of the woodwork.

As much money as the two had won over the last couple of years they may end up in jail for a decade each for fraud.
