When was the last time, if ever, that KU and KSU were #1 and #2 in the Big 8/Big 12 in football. Grew up in Kansas, I can't ever remember them both being at the top of the conference at the same time during a season.

Kansas and KSU are 2-0 in conference play. Ok St and TCU are 1-0 in conference. That means Kansas and KSU are at the top of the conference.
