Up till now Russia has not been at war with Ukrain... but Putin is about to declare war, so the world is about to see Russia’s big toys come out...goodbye Ukrain...

What big toys? He's deployed about all the big toys he has short of nukes and much of it's been destroyed. They are at 80,000+ casualties. These new troops he's called up are poorly trained, unmotivated, and will be using soviet era weapons. This is an extremely high-stakes gamble for Putin. If he loses now, and he may well lose, he has no cards left to play but the threat of nukes. He also can't be sure Ukraine doesn't have any nukes as his country stored thousands of them there prior to the collapse of the soviet union.

Yup Putin and the comedian have a bet that putin cant get them another couple billion to chop up by friday.

They have been recruiting from prisons and outside Russia.
