Looking to fish lake Fork. With the lake low, which ramps are the best to acces the lake coming from Dallas. Also, what are the best apps or recommendations for navigating the lake?

MOST ramps are open and usable. 515 W (AKA FM17) is a good free ramp. 515 E is usable but silted in pretty bad. You can't launch up at Hideaway, so don't waste the time driving over there. Figure out where you want to fish and launch close. Navigatino - You've been told about the best on the lake. Take it SMART, regardless. It is much easier to navigate right now with the lake a little low to where you can see a lot of the timber!

Boat lane chip, if not stay in the buoy lane. 515 ramps are good, or minnow bucket. Don’t go this weekend though. Sealy is there and their will be a gazillion boats

Also navionics is really good! Shows all the buoys and recommended boat lanes for areas with no buoys seems very accurate. At least they were for me the last couple times I have been out there in the last month.

Drove across it this evening @154. Looked like folks were already practicing. If you want to look at some fairly detailed mapping; as someone mentioned above, go to the Navionics website and look under chartviewer. That will pull up a map of the United States and show most lakes that exist here. Zoom in on your favorite lake and it will give you a ton of details. I usually spend quiet a bit of time on there before I head out to fish.
