Is there anything to this idea about “The Arlington Curse”? This team experienced tremendous success…won multiple championships across all three of it’s first head coaches…but then Jerry started thinking about moving to Arlington in 1998. As things progressed, he had to pretend like other areas were in the running in order to extract maximum $’s from Arlington…but it was always Arlington.
“The Arlington Curse” claims that the downfall of this once mighty team started with just the thought of moving them to Arlington…and that they will experience nothing but failure unless/until they are moved from the city. Yep, Arlington is butt hole of DFW. I thought it was the "taint"

CBS Sports John Breech says it pretty concise: Things could not have gone much worse for the Cowboys on Sunday night. Not only did they get destroyed by the Buccaneers, but they also lost Dak Prescott for the next two months. It's going to be a long season in Dallas. Heard Colin Kaepernick is available.

What were the issues with Cooper besides his salary?
What were his issues? Just a rumor I read after the SF playoff game that he and Dak got into quite a heated confrontation in the locker room. If it comes down to your $40M QB vs your $20M WR and if Dak didn't want him here then he gone! I really don't have any comfirmation on that and haven't read anything to confirm it since I read the original blurb back in the spring. I don't think that happened at all. After Cooper was traded Dak's brother who is no fan of Jerry came out and said they screwed up by giving away a great WR and one of Daks best friends. https://www.google.com/amp/s/fansid...-brother-amari-cooper-trade-twitter/amp/For all the supposed reasons they traded Cooper away it was obvious last night that de pulled the defense off the line if scrimmage. Defensive coordinators had to game plan abd double Cooper. That is undeniable fact and proven last night. That is complete BS, Amari had single coverage a lot last year, it was very well documented, not saying he did not get open, that is another discussion about the QB, maybe that is why they had words, and they did , it was talked about quite a bit. No way I am paying a number 1 receiver 20M for 860 yards a year, maybe it was Amari, maybe it was Dak, bottom line one had to go, not enough mula to go around, especially for that kind of production, we will most likely see Zeke hit the road as well, same reason, not enough bang for the buck.

BS to you maybe. So let me get this straight....Dak and Coop had such strong words that Coop was shipped off but then Dak's own brother questions why Coop was shipped off. You cannot produce one single article from a Cowboys player or coach confirming the rift but Dak's own brother comes out and defends Coop. I bet his brother was closer to this than any of us were. His brother weould have sided with Dak had there been a rift. I don't get into all the TMZ BS about runors and such. If it happened and you know it happened find some proof. Surely its out there. As for Dak, if he needs to go then ship him down the road but le=ts not pretend that Coop was not a difference maker when he was here. He missed some games last year but he was nothing but good for this team. Tell me why didn't your new WR1 ball out. @ passes out of 11 last night he caught. Why did he have so many drops the past 2 years? Lamb better prove is the guy as well or he might get sent to Detroit or somewhere for a 7th round pick and a taco platter.
