I know what I hope he’s pulling it with, but I’m doubtful. Had an idiot salesman telling me that I could pull a toy hauler with my srw 350. I said, “yeah pull it, but not stop it”. He chuckled, fricking weasels.

Congrats! What did you get? I don't have any good pictures. The only time I've seen the trailer, it was packed in with a lot of others on the lot. It's a Silverstar 376FBH. Made by Highland Ridge. I'm going to catch so much [censored] every time Dallas plays with a big star on the front of my trailer. Very nice Holzer!

Oh I forgot to mention...
If it doesn't have an onboard generator, get you a model that is "quiet". They make them so they're not so loud that it wakes the entire state.
We bought ours from Costco. And it's also a good to have around here when the power goes out.

An upside down pineapple sign that will show the neighbors you and your wife a friendly and just want to meet some like minded friendly people.
Life journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved state. But rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy carp what a ride!"

Probably the worst financial decision I've ever made. But in today's times, it's a bad time to purchase anything.

What are you pulling it with? I’m curious as well. It's not the best tow set up, but my son is 14 so in two years or less I can consider my next truck - maybe. I'll just have to see how towing goes with this trailer. SRW, Ram 3500, 6.7 diesel, manual transmission Truck manual claims I can tow 20k. I'll be around 5k under that. I think...

According to TikTok lot's of upside down pineapple stickers. Maybe one day. But for now, @ 90% of the use of this trailer will be in parking lots at softball and baseball tournaments. Maybe a brief overnight stay at a nearby RV park. So for now, I think the only sign I'll get for the trailer will be one that says "NO A/C".

Your gonna run that big beast off generators? 1 - I was told that I could. 2 - If not, well I'm screwed.

Lots of good info. Thank you!
The water pressure regulator and filter. This one surprised me a little. I can see the filter if we want to drink the water we fill up with. But regulator?
And the 50amp to 30 amp plug? What do you use that for? you may stay at places that only have 30a service for hookups, you want the male 30a to 50a female adapter. water pressure regulator is a good idea if you hit places that are on well systems, a lot will be, pressure can fluctuate pretty good sometimes and the reg. keeps your pipes in the walls all attached. I may or may not have experienced the wonders of blown up grey pipe (they outlawed it yrs. back, pex now I think). when you buy hoses, be sure your water supply hose is rated for drinking water = no taste from the vinyl, they are usually white and 25'. Exactly, or the 50 amp service goes down and your stuck. At least with the 30 you can still run one AC and be fine. Nice rig, you should be fine with your truck. Just verify payload and don’t stuff the camper with everything in the world. Lists are handy for planning what to pack. So if our menu consists of something with the grill, I pack the grill. If blackstone is better, then pack it. Don’t need to bring both. After a few trip you’ll start to figure out what you NEED and don’t need to haul.
