I watched a you tube video a while back that was filmed at Strike King; a group of people painting and assembling crankbaits. Before I saw this video I assumed they were putting the finish on these lures with some sort of automation; something CNC based. They were doing it by hand with air brush equipment the best I could tell with clear plastic bodies. Probably from China. I quit buying Strike King crankbaits before I saw this video mainly because I hit the edge of a boat with a small sqaure bill; and not all that hard, and it vaporized. I couldn't even find a trace of it. Cheap!

Hadn't seen this, if this drama is simply about copying each other's baits than this really is petty. We see it every year at iCast all over the industry, what makes this situation any different lol. I agree with everyone though this type of drama will definitely bring eyes and attention, just never knew the story. Will still use both company's baits because both have stuff that works.
