Anyone interested in buying a boat go to Fun N Sun in Hurst and see Fain Caldwell we purchased a Excel from him last week and have been up at Raybob for several days and this boat is all he said it would be and then some he gave us a fair trade in and was helpful and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the boat and he is just a friendly and personable person. It’s nice to have a quality product and a pleasant buying experience

Fain is damn good people. I usually buy through him. In 20 years he has never been anything but helpful, friendly and honest. If he tells me something about a boat then I know I can trust it.

I talked to him 18 months ago about buying a Skeeter and he was going to call me back "later". Still hasn't called me back.
I ended up buying another BassCat, I got tired of waiting on the callback.

Unfortunately my latest purchase from him was terrible.Lied to throughout the entire ordering process and did not follow up with questions I had about order. Also promised certain items when placing order that would be free , then tried to charge me at closing. I had a long conversation with the owner Jeff Gilbert about this salesman and the way he conducts his business. Not the first time this has happened!

I talked to him 18 months ago about buying a Skeeter and he was going to call me back "later". Still hasn't called me back.
I ended up buying another BassCat, I got tired of waiting on the callback. Good choice.

Sales people and dealerships get one chance to impress me if it's a negative impression.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

Been to fun n sun looking for a boat and couldn’t get any service. If you’re not a part of the in crowd then good luck.
