Prolly Texoma. Go to the bluffs around Eisenhower and be there one hour before daylight. Throw topwaters until the sun comes up and she could quite possibly have a "fish of a lifetime" catch. A big ole' brownie! I don't know any guides up there.

To be honest, you need to find someone with a nice big stocked pond/concervation lake on private property. You will have 10x more bites. With the recent rains, the ponds might be little dirty for a bit. Top water bite should be good, heard some chatter about Eagle Mountain, and a buzz bait bite. I have only fished it twice, and don't have any knowledge about the lake. If you get her on a top water bite on Texoma with some striper you might be in luck. But if I wanted a foolproof plan, I would try and locate a private lake. If you need to borrow a canoe or kayak I have some that might help if there is some overgrowth on a private location. Just instant message me if you need some help with that.
Good luck, and kudos for going the extra mile for her. My daughter was the best at 12, but soon went crazy as a bag of hammers with hormones. Make darn sure you get some pictures or video to share with us..

I would head to Venice, La.
Tuna on top waters are epic!
