Check out the long sleeve performance shirts/hoodies my buddy Cass has with his company! The one with the hoodie does great at keeping the hot sun off of your head and neck yet still let's you feel a breeze! Tell him Rudy sent ya! 3x is hard to find in Columbia stuff, but when I find it, it never disappoints. It's soft quality material and its not "scratchy" like some of the Magellan stuff is. The Columbia long sleeve hoodies are probably the most comfortable shirt a man can put on (at least a BIG man) and the hoodie is great for sun protection. They are also very durable. I have had one for almost 6-7 years and it looks as good as a couple my newer ones.
The Magellan stuff is a good value and they always have my sizes. Magellan (Academy) has gotten better over the years, but they just cant compete with Columbia when it comes to comfort and heat resistance. But for half the price, what do you expect?
Just got 3 pairs of the HUK fishing shorts and they are VERY nice as well....I finally broke down and bought 3 pair at $60 a piece and like the Columbia shirts, they seem to be worth the xtra $.
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

A 3 pack of gray hanes tshirts is my go to He did say East Texas. Old work shirt with the sleeves cut off.

You can find good stuff at Ross, Marshal’s and Burkes for under $20.
Columbia, HUK, Realtree, Mossy Oak, Reel Life, etc.
I prefer the long sleeve hooded, or the long sleeve button down.

I just wear a plain white log sleeve cotton T-shirt. Been doing that for years. It reflects heat and is very comfortable. To me a lot cooler than a short sleve shirt of anykind.
