 2012 Optimax 125 1.5L bogs under load

Motor will run great leaving ramp in the am going to a spot. I shut it down and fish for a bit. This scenario might be repeated for several hours with no issues. I start the motor, it runs rough and I will put it in gear and it feels like it's running on 1 cylinder. Wont throttle up past 2500 or so rpm. Take it out of gear and it will rev to redline no problem.
I have replaced fuel filter, plugs, fuel line and bulb. Nothing helps. Anybody ever had this problem? Whats the fix?

Possibly a weak coil in one of the cylinders that is going in and out?

Had the same type deal with a 225 opti, changed coils, plugs, wires and filters and nothing helped. I think I may have found the problem now, changed the outside air temperature sensor and it has been running fine since. Does it do it in cold weather? My ran fine in cold weather.
