This is my first post and new to the forum, apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place. I am looking at buying a boat for fishing the Galveston Bay Complex and the occasional trip down south. I primarily wade fish, but fish out of the boat occasionally. I've had a 21 flats cat, and now looking to make the switch to aluminum. I am considering the 22x70 hybrid hull, with the hunt deck and a 200 Susuki.

Has anyone ran one of the larger GatorTrax GTs? If so any shared feedback on your experience would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance and tight lines.

I know several guys with gator Trax boats, but they are all mud hulls with mud motors. I can't give you any insight to larger hulls with outboards, but I will attest to the quality of their builds, and customer service. I've heard nothing but good things about them.and even considering having one built myself one day. I'd also like to recommend looking at Uncle J boats. They build awesome custom aluminum boats.

If I fished for money.........I'd be broke.

In a world of compromise.....Some don't.
