Bee Creek was flowing at the low water bridge yesterday. Nearly brought a tear to my eye! Need SOOO much more though! Slightly off-topic, (but related to Travis' condition) is what happened to Bee Creek Rd. when it was taken over by Rough Hollow, and now with hundreds more homes and a huge school built alongside a freakin' TWO LANE ROAD!! I usually take BCRd when going to and from Lakeway to my home in Briarcliff, but no longer between 2:30 and 5. The mid-afternoon traffic snarl is exasperating.

You're not kiddin, Herb! At certain times, I just have to close my eyes, punch it and hope for the best when pulling out onto Bee Creek Rd from our driveway. LOL That winery/brewery on Bob Wire has created a really special adventure at the Bob Wire/Bee Creek intersection, too. So many of those folks leaving the winery seem to think the stop sign is optional after having a few. ...and to bring this discussion back on topic, I see on LCRA's Hydromet website, there is some actual flow in the rivers and tributaries above Travis and Buchanan. It's a start! LCRA Hydromet
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading
