Anyone tried Oroxilyn-A? It’s a nootropic that’s supposed to help with focus.

I tried Prevagen extra strength for a month. It didn't help my short term memory at all. I was still walking into a room and forgetting what I am there for. I have found that staying hydrated helps more than anything.

I DO know that we are what we eat.

I eat a lot of healthy food, but I have to say I love my "sugar" bites as well.

Cutting sugar is a tough one for me, but luckily I stay slim and in shape.
The memory, the short-term memory, is a tough one no matter what.

...!

Frequently reading, solving math problems, complex puzzles and exercise will improve your memory and brain functions better than any vitamin.

It's gotta be great exercise for your brain. Remembering all the chord progressions, the timing, and then singing the lyrics over top while playing at the same time takes big-time brain power imo...multi-tasking at it's finest and a hell of a goodtime.
