Not that this helps you...other than letting you know you are not alone. I just finished a wide search for that same wheel. Never found one. Ended up buying a plain grey one for my spare and put the wheel from my spare on my trailer. I didn't hit a curb but had my brake come loose and lock my wheel. Cracked the rim and destroyed the tire.
